The Music Endowment of the Estonian Cultural Endowment recognizes outstanding achievements in the music scene during the 2025/2026 season with annual awards and a grand prize, and honors long-term dedication and contribution to the development of the field with a lifetime achievement award.
Candidates for the awards may be nominated by organizations, associations, institutions, and individuals involved in professional music.
Please submit a written nomination with justification to the endowment by 20 August at helikunst@kulka.ee

Since 2002, the Estonian Music Council has presented music awards to recognize Estonian musicians and music institutions whose activities have contributed to the development of the music sector.
2026. In 2026, two awards will be presented.
Award for Artistic Interpretation – awarded to a performer or ensemble in the field of classical music or jazz for purposeful and outstanding creative work.
Award for Contributions to Musical Life – awarded for outstanding and significant activity in the field of music.
All members of the Estonian Music Council can submit candidates for the awards.
Please submit a written proposal with justification to the Estonian Music Council by June 19th at the email address emn@emc.ee.
